Application Procedures for Professional Employment
Professional Educator and Administrative positions are posted and updated regularly on the State of Wisconsin website at www.wisconsin.gov. Please follow the appropriate application procedures under the "How to Apply" section of the state website. An employment application and criminal background disclosure form are available on our website that you may download or print from your browser. You may also call (920) 863-4000 to request an application and criminal background form. Please submit your application and background disclosure form with the required information below.
Administrators please include the following:
1) Completed Application and Criminal Background Check form
2) Letter of interest
3) Resume
4) Three letters of recommendation and/or credential packet
5) Copy of college transcripts
6) Copy of license or application for license
Professional Educators please include the following:
1) Completed Application and Criminal Background Check form
2) Letter of interest

Paraprofessional Support Staff (i.e. educational assistant, secretary, campus supervisors, and maintenance) please include the following:
