When: Monday, June 1, 2009 9:30 P.M.* (Immediately following the Senior Banquet
Where: Denmark High School
What: Silent Auction (*Bidding will end at 10:00 P.M.)
Who: All Students, Parents/Guardians, School District Staff, Alumni, Former
Staff Members, Area Businesses, and the General Public
Purpose: To generate support for scholarships for the Class of 2009 and a
reoccuring scholarship fund for the future graduating classes of
Denmark High School.
Chairs will be on display at Denmark High School. Stop by to check them out!!
Each chair will have the date (2009) placed on them. Future years will specify their graduating year. Begin your collection!!
Process:
1. Anyone interested in bidding on a "chair" can obtain a "buyer" number on the evening of the event or by simply stopping by the high school office at any time to obtain your "buyer" number. You may also call 863-4200 Ext. 0 to obtain a number.
2. A bid sheet will be placed by each Senior's chair. If you are interested in a specific chair, simply write down your buyer number and the amount of your bid in the appropriate column. Bids can be placed prior to the event. All chairs will be sold to the highest bidder. Final bidding ends at 10:00 P.M. on June 1st. Buyers need not be present to purchase the chairs. If youplace the highest bid you will be contacted.
All Proceeds go to the Denmark High School Senior Scholarship Fund.
