Online Registration for all 4-year-old Kindergarten and new-to-the-district 5-year-old Kindergarten students for the 2024-2025 School Year is now open. Please read below for more information about the process and requirements to enroll your child.

Children entering 4 year-old Kindergarten must be 4 years of age on or before September 1, 2024. The Denmark School District does not allow early-entry for 4K.  Directions on how to register your child will be posted mid-February.  If you have any questions or need help, please call the ECC Office at (920) 863-4175.

The district offers half-day 4 year-old Kindergarten Monday-Thursday, and full-day 5 year-old Kindergarten Monday-Friday to all in-district children or those approved for Open Enrollment.  Busing is also available for all in-district students.

If you live outside the Denmark School District and are applying to open enroll your child, you must first complete the Open Enrollment Application Process via the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction's website.  This window is open from February 5 through April 2830.  If your application is approved by DPI, you can then continue to apply to the Denmark School District by following the directions below.  We will happily review your enrollment application once it's approved by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.  More information about Open Enrollment in the Denmark School District can be found here.

If you are a current Denmark School District Family, please scroll to the bottom of this page for specific instructions on how to enroll your child.

When registering using our Online Registration system, the following documents must be completed and uploaded.  If any of these documents are not completed your child's registration will not be valid.

1. Student Online Enrollment Form (all steps must be completed)

2. Immunization Record (Uploaded)

3. Child's Birth Certificate (Uploaded)

4. Verification of Address (Utility Bill, lease, etc.) (Uploaded)

If you plan on utilizing District Transportation (busing), please see Busing Requests below and fill out the appropriate Transportation Request Form by clicking the link below. 

If you know someone with an of-age student who has not received a registration letter, please have them call the Early Childhood Center at (920) 863-4175.

Please make sure all children are registered by March 1 so the Early Childhood Center can plan appropriately for the 2023-2024 school year.

1. Download, print, and complete the appropriate Transportation Request Form.  If you have more than one child to enroll, please complete a separate form for each child.

Either

Send an electronic copy to Lori Knoflicek at knoflicl@denmark.k12.wi.us.  Please include the child's name and grade level in the subject line.

OR

Deliver a hard copy to the Denmark Early Childhood Center Office.  Our hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30-3:30pm during school days.

If your children are currently attending the Denmark School District and you have a student entering 4 year-old Kindergarten:

1. Log-in to your Parent Portal account (please call the ECC if you need help logging-in)

2. Click on More in the left column..

3. Choose Annual Student Information Update.

4. Choose 2024-2025 (Next Year) New Student Registration.

5. Begin Registration.

If this is your first child entering the Denmark School District:

1. Welcome!

2. Visit the Infinite Campus Online Registration System by clicking  HERE.

3. Follow the listed directions.

It is vital that your child's Birth Certificate, Immunization Records, and Proof of Address are uploaded, and the Transportation Request Form is completed via the link provided.  

Once Lamers Busing establishes the bus routes, you will be informed of your child's placement as well as busing information.  This typically occurs in mid-summer.
