Online Registration

Are you ready to enroll? 

The Denmark School District is accepting Online Registration for all 4-year-old Kindergarten and new-to-the-district 5-year-old Kindergarten students for the 2021-2022 school year!

Children entering 4 year-old Kindergarten must be 4 years of age on or before September 1, 2021.  Direction on how to register your child can be found below.  If you have any questions or need help, please call the ECC Office at (920) 863-4175.

The district offers half-day 4 year-old Kindergarten and full-day 5 year-old Kindergarten to all in-district children or those approved for Open Enrollment.  Busing is also available for all in-district students.

If you live outside the Denmark School District and are applying to open enroll your child, you must first complete the Open Enrollment Application Process via the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction's website.  This window is open through April 30.  If your application is approved by DPI, you can then continue to apply to the Denmark School District by following the directions below.  We will happily review your enrollment application once it's approved by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

When registering using our Online Registration system, the following documents must be completed and uploaded.  If any of these documents are not completed your child's registration will not be valid.

1. Student Online Enrollment Form (all steps must be completed)
2. Immunization Record (Uploaded)
3. Child's Birth Certificate (Uploaded)
4. Transportation Form (Both AM and PM information must be completed as 4K placement will be dependent on bus routes) (Linked)
5. Verification of Address (Utility Bill, lease, etc.) (Uploaded)

If you know someone with an of-age student who has not received a registration letter, please have them call the Early Childhood Center at (920) 863-4175.

Please make sure all children are registered by March 1 so the Early Childhood Center can plan appropriately for the 2021-2022 school year.

Directions for Online Registration

Existing Denmark School District Families

If your children are currently attending the Denmark School District and you have a student entering 4 year-old Kindergarten:

1. Log-in to your Parent Portal account (please call the ECC if you need help logging-in)
2. Click on More in the left column.
3. Choose 4K Registration and follow the directions to enroll your child.

New Families to the Denmark School District

If this is your first child entering the Denmark School District:

1. Welcome!
2. Visit the Infinite Campus Online Registration System by clicking  HERE.
3. Follow the listed directions.

It is vital that your child's Birth Certificate, Immunization Records, and Proof of Address are uploaded, and the Transportation Request Form is completed via the link provided.  

Once Lamers Busing establishes the bus routes, you will be informed ofyour child's placement as well as busing information.  This typically occurs in mid-summer.
