INSTRUCTIONAL COACHING

The goal of an Instructional Coach is to facilitate and participate in teaching and learning, encourage innovative approaches to address barriers, and optimize the use of resources and expertise amongst staff.

Instructional coaches will seek to develop equal partnerships with all instructional staff and build teacher capacity to improve universal instruction practices through the creation of action plans. Additionally, the Instructional Coach will provide leadership, support, and staff development to all instructional staff.
