Schedule Change Procedure for 2024-25 Academic Year

The Student Services staff would like to share information regarding student schedules. The master schedule is built based upon course requests. Our priority is keeping class numbers balanced for student and staff safety. Schedule change requests will be considered on a very limited basis, which is explained below.  

Student schedules are viewable in Infinite Campus (student portal) around mid-August.  Schedule change priority will be given to necessary situations, such as being registered for a class without completing a pre-requisite.  We will consider other justifiable requests when class numbers allow. 

Students may add or drop a course within the first four days of the school year. Students will have the opportunity to request these schedule changes through a Google Form that will be available on the website during the first four days of the school year. This is the only method to request any changes--please do not email your counselor to request schedule changes. Students can view the master schedule on the website as well if they require a schedule change. A scheduling committee will meet to consider all requests, and requests that are deemed necessary and justifiable will be granted when possible.  Students will receive an email after a decision has been made.
