About
About Denmark Middle School
Welcome to Denmark Middle School—home of the Vikings! Our building, serving students in grades 6 through 8, has been a vibrant part of the Denmark community since 1993. Here, we focus on building strong relationships, supporting academic growth, and helping students navigate the exciting (and sometimes challenging) middle school years.
Students are part of grade-level teams that include teachers in English Language Arts, Math, Social Studies, Science, and Physical Education. These teams have built-in time to collaborate, ensuring that learning is connected, consistent, and meaningful across the board.
We also offer a wide range of exploratory classes—including Tech Ed, Agriculture, Computer Science, Foreign Language, and the Fine Arts—to help students discover their passions and build new skills. Our goal is to create a learning environment where every student feels supported, challenged, and ready to grow.
Middle school is a time of big changes and even bigger growth. At DMS, we’re here to guide students every step of the way—academically, socially, and emotionally—so they leave our doors confident, capable, and ready for what’s next.
