On one of the coldest days of the school year, Ms. Handrich's AP Environmental Science students ventured to Neshota Park for a real-life simulation of winter survival. Students were tasked with gathering materials to burn, starting a fire, melting snow, and getting the water to boil. Students collaborated with Logan the park educational director to best solve this task. Our students are learning great things here at Denmark High School!
