Juniors and Seniors accepted in the Bellin Healthcare Academy have the opportunity to take Bellin College courses while in high school. A majority of these courses are
taught online with some being taught in a hybrid format by a Bellin instructor once per week at Denmark High School. Students in year one of the Bellin Healthcare Academy attended a job shadow rotation at Aurora BayCare Medical Center on December 3rd.
Students were able to observe multiple careers within the hospital, each with valuable experiences of core tasks that occur in each position. The areas that students observed include: Respiratory Therapy, Emergency, Pharmacy, Oncology, X-ray, Computed Tomography (CT) and Gastrointestinal (GI) Lab!
